Shipping
Netherlands, Belgium
On weekdays: order today before 18:00, and your package will leave today. Your package will be delivered to you the next day. Do you order on the weekend or on a national holiday? Your order will be shipped the next business day.
- For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we use a flat rate of €4.95 shipping. For orders over €50, shipping is free.
Germany, France and the rest of Europe
The same applies in terms of shipping in the Netherlands & Belgium, only the delivery time takes 1 or 2 days longer. This depends on the postal service.
- Orders to Germany and other EU countries are subject to a flat rate of €6.95 shipping costs. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us, containing the Track & Trace code, so you can follow the status of your package at any time. Please note that it can sometimes take a while before this tracking code works and is visible.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item to STEAMRS, please make sure it meets our return conditions to ensure we can accept the return. Our terms and conditions are as follows:
- The order must be returned within the return period of 14 days after delivery of the package.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and in undamaged condition.
- Did you receive a free gift from us with your order? If so, it must be returned with it. If not, your return will be rejected.

- Please email info@steamers.nl with your order number, reason for return, and full name to place a return request. You will receive a return label from us.
FAQ
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is super simple! You have 14 days, from the date your package is delivered, to initiate a return request.
Please return your product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Did you receive a free product with your order? Please return this product as well, otherwise your return will be refused.
Log into your customer account to request a return of your order, or mail a return request with your order number to: info@steamers.nl. You will receive a return label and do not have to pay for this yourself.
Have you received an incorrect or damaged product from us? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to solve this quickly and properly for you!
Can I still exchange my order?
Within 14 days of receiving your package, it is still possible to exchange. Would you prefer a different color or other product? We can arrange this neatly and quickly for you. You would do us a big favor if the product is not yet used. Mail to info@steamers.nl with your order number and reason for "exchange" and we will immediately arrange it for you.
How do I request a return?

Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free of charge. You will receive a return label from us to return your package - within 14 days of receiving your package.
When will I get my money back?
Your money will be refunded to your account within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way! If you have not received your refund and it has been 10 business days since you received our email, please contact us at info@steamers.nl.
