STEAMRS BY DREAMERS BV applies the legal warranty period. Since we put customer experience first and quality is number 1, we will always ensure satisfied customers.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. We request that you notify us of the defect as soon as possible after discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will of course take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

For all items that you buy from us, the legal guarantee applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

Complaints procedure

Although our goal is to offer the highest quality in products, as well as the highest quality in customer service, it can always happen that something does not go quite as planned.

We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing We will do everything we can to solve the problem for you.

Within 3 working days you will be contacted and our team will do everything possible to resolve the complaint.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via /.

From 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

Returns and exchanges 

The customer has the right to return a product within 30 days after placing the order. This right only applies if the product and the original packaging can be returned in the same conditions as delivered.

STEAM'RS does not offer free returns and the customer pays any return costs. If an item is broken during the transport of the product, STEAM'RS must be contacted within 30 days. STEAM'RS takes no responsibility for returned items that are lost through the postal service.

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return item's arrival at the department store. It may take a few days for the refund amount to appear in the customer's bank account. Please contact STEAM'RS if a refund is not in your account within 20 days.


Because customer service is very important to us, STEAM'RS voluntarily offers a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for every product sold via the website. The warranty is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the rights that customers have under consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose service under warranty or under their consumer law.

Warranty includes the following: 
STEAM'RS warrants that the product will operate without defects for up to 1 year from the original purchase date on the steamrsbydreamers website, provided, however, that the product is only used in accordance with STEAM'RS regulations for the product, including the product manual and technical specifications, etc.The warranty only applies to the product purchased by the customer for personal use and not to resale 

The warranty does not apply to
(a) products purchased through channels other than the website;
(b) problems occurring more than one year after the original purchase date of STEAM'RS via the website;
(c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic;
(d) damaged by external causes, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, contact with liquids, fire;
(e) damage caused by using the product outside the prescribed regulations of STEAM'RS for the product, including the product manual, technical specifications, etc.; or 
(f) a product that has been modified  product that has been modified by the customer.

When the customer submits a valid claim under STEAM'RS warranty, STEAM'RS ensure that:  
(a) the product is repaired; or
(b) the product is replaced

Wij geven om onze producten en doen logischerwijze ons best om deze in topconditie aan u te leveren.
