Is it possible to replace the blades of the shaver?
If the blades appear to be blunt or feel blunt, please contact us and we will be very happy to help you.
My Shaver doesn't work properly anymore, what can I do?
We would like to ask you to check the following before contacting us:
- As a safety precaution, the Shaver locks when there is anything between the blades. Unscrew the silver ring and clean the blades with the brush provided and by blowing.
- Is the transparent ring screwed on tight and straight? This can also be a reason why the device blocks for a while.

When is the Fabric Shaver fully charged?
The battery is fully charged after 5 hours. The flashing/breathing light around the power button, indicates that the device is charging. The light turns white when it is fully warmed up. Note: You can shave with the device while it is charging.
How long is the delivery time?
In the Netherlands & Belgium: ordered today before 18:00 = delivered tomorrow. For Germany & France it takes on average an extra business day.
